The menu will focus on so-called "normal sake" (Japanese sake), which is familiar to the locals in Gunma Nagano on a daily basis.
It also introduces local alcoholic beverages, which are not well known in Tokyo, and
Furthermore, we hope to introduce new tastes of sake by offering sake at room temperature, which is less familiar to many people.
